The staff at Stone understand that the true underlying drivers behind a project may not always be apparent in a specific request for deliverables. It is through a deeper understanding of the true “end goal” – not just of the project we are working on but of the broader program or initiative that our client is advancing – that Stone has is able to produce superior results. Often we are able to work with clients to develop more creative and cost-effective approaches to work plans, or produce more effective results than would have been achieved by following specific tasks that are often written before the client has a deeper understanding of their existing situation and/or regulatory environment.
