Environmental Assessment and Remediation of the Former Bryant Grinder Manufacturing Facility
In 2010, Stone Environmental, Inc. (Stone) was hired by the Springfield Regional Development Corporation (SRDC) to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in accordance with ASTM E 05 1527 prior to their purchase of the property in 2011. In addition to the requisite resources, Stone was able to apply extensive professional knowledge of the historic industries and hazardous waste releases in the area, including a 2007 Phase II ESA performed for SRDC of a downgradient property: the Robert S.
