Long Falls Paperboard - Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VT DEC) and the Town of Brattleboro, Vermont, contracted with Stone Environmental to perform a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (Phase II ESA) for an active paperboard manufacturing facility that has operated since 1960. The Phase II ESA was conducted to address a dozen Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) identified in a Phase I ESA performed in 2018.
