Bernard is a problem solver with more than a decade of experience in the public and private sectors as a GIS web developer. He's created web map applications for the general public and internal applications for various departments within a local government consortium. He's served as a product manager, creating internal web-based solutions to track progress, generate reports, visualize spatial data, and ensure the resulting product matched project requirements.

Bernard joined Stone's Geospatial Data Systems (GDS) team in 2024.
