Jonnie draws on his agriculture, ecology, and geospatial analysis experience to support a variety of GIS and environmental modeling projects at Stone. His previous work in his home state of Oregon has contributed to understanding of food system structure and function, as well as the effectiveness of cover crop treatments. Prior to joining Stone, Jonnie's work on a number of projects in Washington State focused on land conservation planning and management, improving systems for noxious weed treatment, and the application of remote sensing technologies to large-scale regulation of shoreline development.
