Jones & Lamson Brownfield Redevelopment
Stone has worked with the Springfield Regional Development Corporation (SRDC) since 2015 to perform brownfield assessment and remediation services to support the redevelopment of the former Jones & Lamson facility in Springfield, Vermont. Stone works closely with SRDC, Mount Ascutney Regional Commission, the VT DEC, EPA brownfield, TSCA, and other regulatory and community stakeholders to stabilize and remediate the 266,000-square-foot facility.
