Annemarie is an experienced planning professional committed to co-developing more resilient and equitable communities through policy, system, and environmental changes. As the Brownfields Program Manager with Stone, Annemarie expedites projects’ progress from environmental due diligence through remediation and closure by advocating on behalf of the client, engaging the local community, and addressing the barriers and challenges to brownfield redevelopment. She is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and has dual master’s degrees in public health and urban and regional planning.
