Evelyn Boardman Water Resources Scientist

Evelyn is an experienced water resources scientist with a background in environmental assessments, data analysis, project design, public engagement, and planning.

She supports a variety of water quality, aquatic habitat restoration, and flood resiliency projects. Evelyn is experienced in water quality sampling, hydraulic modeling, GIS mapping and modeling, stream geomorphic assessments, and habitat assessments. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont, and a Master of Science in Ecology from the University of Minnesota where she studied the drivers of phosphorus export.
