While at Stone, Ben has been lending his technical expertise and diverse background to designing and implementing field studies, drafting reports, exposure modeling, and collaborating on new avenues of research for the agchem group such as drift reduction technology studies. Ben’s eclectic ecology, environmental science, and natural resources background stems from work in fields including, sustainable forest management, climate change research, and geothermal energy exploration. His research for his Master’s Degree was focused on shifts in the carbon cycle in subalpine forests driven by disturbance induced biogeochemical change.
